The steps to join the Breeding Programmes run by ACLC.

The recognition of ACLC as a Breeding Society is our first achievement together.
A very busy period begins, at the end of which we want each of you to be on the “initial list for reimbursement from the State Budget” and to receive your APIA Certificate for 2025 on time.
During the accreditation process, the National Agency for Animal Husbandry (A.N.Z.), acting as the designated authority, evaluated our staff's competencies, our collaboration contracts (IT — building the Herd Book database), as well as the assets and resources owned by the association (movable and immovable), for maintaining the Herd Book for the two breeds and Performance Testing on farms (COP/CPPc).
A.N.Z. said YES! What others say... we know them, we know their interests! We intend to fulfil every task that falls to us!
However, exemplary collaboration and communication will be needed, as time is very short. We will guide you here, step by step:
Step 1
Application to join the Breeding Programmes run by ACLC
To be completed only by those of you who have not yet sent us the Membership Application and the documents requested during the accreditation filing stage. If you have done so, please move on to step 2.

Signing the Herd Book and Performance Testing contracts (CPPc/COP) with ACLC
Step 3
ACLC Membership Application
“As an active member with full rights, in the capacity of animal owner, in order to benefit from the services provided by the association”.
Step 4 — optional
Recognition as an active member
With voting rights, access to decision-making and so on, according to the ACLC Statute, by registering the documents with the Court.
Documents required from each applicant/active member:
- ONRC registry certificate (legal entities only);
- fiscal record certificate (note: NOT a criminal record!) — valid for 30 days;
- copy of the legal representative's ID;
- SNIIA — proof of owning at least 10 LU (livestock units);
- new members contribute to the association's assets in money or in kind, with a minimum of 200 Lei.
Enrollment is open! With at least 20 complete applications, ACLC will file the dossier with the Court for the necessary changes to the Statute. First target date: 2 December 2024.
Step 5 — new
Sending us the following documents
- an updated SNIIA extract (mirror) of your holding(s), preferably in Excel format;
- a certificate regarding the health status of the animals;
- a copy of the producer certificate, for natural persons.
No template — these documents are issued by the relevant institutions.
